No Marketplace tab
This is expected β SIR does not have Market Referrals. Use Invite or Direct methods.
No applicants on Invite
Check if agents cover the destination. Wait for cross-brand window to open to partners.
Stuck status
Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Referral Contact action needed.
Cannot find referral
Check Outbound/Inbound tabs. Ask your Referral Contact. Cancelled referrals in history.
Modified after awarding
All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
