Troubleshooting: Login and Access Issues

Cannot log in via SIR Access

Make sure you are signed into SIR Access (your intranet portal) first. Do not try to log in with email and password β€” SIR uses SSO only. If the issue persists, contact support.

No activation email

SIR accounts are provisioned through Dash. Contact your office manager or Referral Contact if you cannot access the platform.

Error or blank screen

Clear cache/cookies. Try a different browser. Contact support with screenshot.

Cannot see referrals

SIR does not have a Marketplace tab. Your referrals appear in the My Referrals tab. If you do not see expected referrals, check with your Referral Contact.
