Troubleshooting: Login and Access Issues

Cannot log in via SIR Access

Make sure you are signed into SIR Access (your intranet portal) first. Do not try to log in with email and password β€” SIR uses SSO only. If the issue persists, contact support.

No activation email

SIR users log in via SSO through SIR Access. You should not need an activation email. If you cannot access SIR Access, contact your office manager.

Error or blank screen

Clear cache/cookies. Try a different browser. Contact support with screenshot.

Cannot see certain features

SIR does not have the Marketplace tab or Market Referrals. If you cannot see other features, check with your Referral Contact about your office's configuration.
