This is expected β SIR does not have Market Referrals. Use Direct or Invite methods instead.
No applicants
Check agent coverage in the target area. Try Invite to target specific partners. Wait for cross-brand window.
Stuck status
Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Referral Contact action needed.
Cannot find referral
Check with your Referral Contact. Check Outbound/Inbound tabs. Use search/filter.
Modified after awarding
All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
