Most SIR offices use a Referral Contact model where the Referral Contact manages referral activity for their office. Your office's configuration determines who can create referrals.

The platform guides you through: client information, destination market, placement method, preferences, and fee.

SIR does NOT have Market Referrals. Your options are:

Direct: Send to one specific partner. Recommended when you know who you want.

Invite: Invite multiple partners to apply and choose from applicants. Recommended when you want to evaluate options.

External: For partners outside the GRN.

SIR default is 25%, negotiable before the agreement is signed.

Unique to SIR: your client's contact information is shared with the receiving side before the agreement is signed. For all other brands, this happens only after both parties sign.
