No applicants
Check if partners cover the destination area. Use Invite to target specific agents. Wait for cross-brand window if needed.
Stuck status
Receiving party may not have signed (7-day deadline), update overdue, or Referral Contact action needed.
Cannot find referral
Check My Referrals tab (Inbound/Outbound). Cancelled/deactivated referrals are in history. Check with your Referral Contact.
Modified after awarding
All receiving parties notified. Check for update alert.
