Troubleshooting: Login and Access Issues
Cannot log in via SIR Access
Make sure you are signed into SIR Access (your intranet portal) first. If still failing, contact support with your name and email. Do not try to log in with email and password β SIR uses SSO only.
Error or blank screen
Clear cache/cookies. Try a different browser. Contact support with screenshot.
Cannot see certain features
SIR does not have the Marketplace tab β this is expected. What you see depends on your office configuration. Contact your Referral Contact if something seems missing.
