How to Create a Referral
Most SIR offices use a Referral Contact model where the Referral Contact manages referral activity for the office. Your ability to create referrals depends on your office's configuration.
The Process
The platform guides you through: client information, destination market, placement method (Invite, Direct, or External β Market Referrals are not available for SIR), client preferences, and referral fee (default 25%, negotiable).
Important: Client Information Sharing
Unlike other brands, SIR shares client contact information with the receiving side before the agreement is signed. This is the default behavior and is unique to SIR.
