SIR office configurations vary by office. Most offices use a Referral Contact model where the Referral Contact manages referral activity.

Your office may use any of the three configurations (A, B, or C). If you are unsure about your office's configuration, contact your Referral Contact or office manager.

Only Referral Contacts/Relo Directors can change the configuration. Existing referrals keep old rules when configuration changes.
