How to Create a Referral
SIR offices typically use a Referral Contact model where the Referral Contact manages referral activity for their office. Your ability to create referrals depends on your office's configuration.
The Process
The platform guides you through: client information, destination market, placement method (Invite, Direct, or External β Market Referrals are not available for SIR), client preferences, and referral fee (default 25%, negotiable).
Important: SIR client contact information is shared with the receiving side before the agreement is signed. This is unique to SIR.

If You Cannot Create a Referral
Your office may be configured so that only the Referral Contact can create referrals. Contact your Referral Contact or office manager to initiate a referral on your behalf.
