Does it cost anything?
No platform fees. Custom translations available in the Store. Referral Leader and Premiere Status are not available for SIR.
Why is there no Marketplace tab?
SIR does not have Market Referrals. Use Invite or Direct methods instead.
Why is client info shared before I sign?
This is the default behavior for SIR and is unique to your brand. Client contact information is shared with the receiving side before the agreement is signed.
Send to someone not on GRN?
Yes — External Referral. Skips contract, goes to Active.
Change placement method?
No. Cancel and re-create.
Where do I update my data?
All SIR user and office data is synced from Dash via DataSync. Make changes in Dash, not in the GRN directly.
