In most SIR offices, the Referral Contact manages referral creation and activity for the office. Your office's configuration determines who can create referrals.

The platform guides you through: client information, destination market, placement method (Invite, Direct, or External — Market Referrals are not available for SIR), client preferences, and referral fee (default 25%, negotiable).

Your client's contact information will be shared with the receiving side before the agreement is signed. This is unique to SIR — all other brands share client info only after both parties sign.

Direct: Recommended when you know your partner. Invite: When you want to choose from several candidates. External: For partners outside the GRN.
