SIR office configurations vary by office. Most offices use a Referral Contact model. The three configurations are: Config A (Managerial Oversight) where agents act independently and Referral Contacts have read-only visibility; Config B (Managerial Approval) where agents create drafts that need approval; and Config C (Managerial Only) where the Referral Contact handles everything.
