How to reassign a referral?

If you need to change the receiving agent on an active referral, you can reassign it. Open the referral details and look for the Reassign option. Note: reassignment is different from reopening β€” reassign changes the agent while keeping the referral active, while reopen resets a deactivated referral. Your ability to reassign depends on your office configuration and role.
