SIR supports three placement methods (Market Referrals are not available). Direct Referral: send to one specific partner who accepts or declines — this is the preferred method for SIR. Invite Referral: invite multiple prospective partners to apply, then choose from applicants. External Referral: for partners outside the GRN, skips contract signing and goes straight to Active. Once you choose a method and publish, it cannot be changed.
