To create a referral, start from your Dashboard. The platform guides you through entering client information, selecting the destination market, choosing a placement method (Invite, Direct, or External — Market Referrals are not available for SIR), setting client preferences, and defining the referral fee. The default fee is 25% but is negotiable. Your ability to create referrals depends on your office's configuration — contact your Referral Contact if you are unsure. Note: SIR shares client contact information with the receiving side before the agreement is signed.
