Market Referrals are referrals sent into the target market but not directed to a specific agent or group of agents.
Referrals from brands such as Century 21, ERA, and BHGRE are visible to Sotheby's after 7 days of creation. The Sotheby's referral contact will be authorised to apply for and work on referrals in the destination market. The sending party will have the option of selecting one of the applicants and awarding the referral to their preferred partner.
Remember, any client information is kept private until the referral is awarded!
