How can a sending office reassign the referral?

If the referral is AWARDED to a Receiving Partner, the Sending Office cannot reassign the receiving agent/office because they have signed the contract.

If the current Receiving Partner is not responsive in the system, the Sending Side can only re-assign the referral to a different office/agent (e.g. if they miss the mandatory status update). Sending Office can also request that the Receiving Side to deactivate the referral (Go to Status Update Tab > Deactivate Referral), which activates the Sending Side's "Re-assign" button.
