How do I reassign a receiving agent?

Reassigning a receiving agent is possible by the Referral Contact of the particular office.

To reassign the Receiving Agent, the receiving company's RC must take the following steps:

  • Log in to the platform and navigate to the Referral #xxxx details page.

  • Click the Reassign Agent link on the Referral Details tab, under Receiving Agent information, and the receiving office RC should be able to reassign the referral to a different agent.

Please keep in mind that if the sending office DIRECTED a referral to a specific agent, the receiving Referral Contact may be unable to reassign the referral.
