How to close an Intra-Office Referral?

In Intra-Office Referral, when a payment is marked as Sent, the Referral Contact views the form as the Sending Side to either mark the payment as "received" or to report that it was "not received."

  1. As long as the payment has not been confirmed received by the Sending Side, the user can change the status from "Successful Transaction" to "Active."

  2. When the user confirms receipt of the payment, the referral is marked as Completed and Closed.
