In the Dashboard > My Referrals tab, a new filter for “Placement Method” will be available, which can be used to search specifically for External Referrals:
Draft = Referrals submitted by Agents for Approval (Office setting = Managerial Approval only)
External = Referrals with partners outside of the GRN
Direct / Invite / Market = Referrals with partners within the GRN
Referral thumbnails will also be tagged “EXTERNAL”:
